100 Holes for HOPE

October 1, 2021 to November 11, 2021

100 Holes for HOPE is a fundraiser hosted by PGA REACH Carolinas with the mission to raise $50,000 in 2021 for PGA HOPE programming in the Carolinas. Participants can choose to play 100 holes in one day (or a combination of days) from Oct. 1st, 2021 to Nov. 11th, 2021. Anyone who loves the game of golf is invited to participate.

Donation pledges can be made in one lump sum or done on a hole-by-hole basis. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to supporting the PGA HOPE Carolinas programs. These programs enhance veteran's quality of life by helping them build a network and learn the game of golf.

2021 Goal: $50,000

Donations go directly toward supporting PGA HOPE programs in

OLD TOWN 5

Teens Raise $18,000 in 2020 for PGA HOPE Carolinas 100 Holes for HOPE Fundraiser

Five teenagers, Fisher Kennedy, Preston Howe, Rhodes Baker, Robert Gefaell, and Kyle Haas make up the dream team know as the Old Town 5 who were focused on raising money for PGA HOPE Carolinas. The teens played a round of golf at Old Town Club with retired Veterans, Brian Jarvis and Willie Spivey. During the round, the boys listened to stories about serving in the military and how impactful the PGA HOPE program has been for Jarvis and Spivey.

The Old Town 5 team raised the most funds in the Carolinas PGA Section and won tickets to the 2021 PGA Championship hosted at the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island in South Carolina. The boys were also recognized at the 2021 PGA HOPE Secretary's Cup and thanked for all their fundraising efforts. The Old Town 5 have already begun planning for the 2021 100 Holes of HOPE fundraiser and intend to challenge other juniors in the Carolinas to raise money for PGA HOPE Carolinas programs.
